Once you've done all of that, you'll get some pretty crappy "Oh, but it was all a huge mistake!" story ending, Final Fantasy style. It'll just make you want to throw things. DOn't bomb the outside squares - this won't add to your total. Once you have your seven level 7 gems, click 1, then bomb the center gem with one level 7, then click 1 again, then bomb the center gem with your second level 7, and so on. Then you'll be spawning a level 6 every few levels, because at that point you'll be around level 25 or 30.Īt that point, it becomes a game of slowing down when your mana hits 3500, then hitting the level 6 gem creation as soon as possible (assuming no nasty stragglers waiting to catch you when your mana is down to 6 or whatever) and placing it, then speeding up - because the game going slowly is just so tedious. At this point, you'll have to have pushed your mana up so its max is 5k (not 4k, where you can lose precious mana points to bosses hitting your max). Spawn level 5s until you have two level 6s, and then don't bother with level 5s again. Then make your two pure level 5 gems and mash either together with your impure gem if it's the same color as one of the mashed gem's originals (i.e., if you have a poison/cold level 5 impure and you spawn a level 5 cold or poison, mash it otherwise, give it its own tower). Once the first level 5 gem is mashed, you shouldn't have any stragglers. Build two level 4 gems and mash them together, then start making level 5 gems assuming you're killing reasonably. Place your towers up top, with something to chill and poison, then lots of splash if you're spawning them. Oh, and level six mana gem mastery, though I doubt it ended up making much of a difference.

Probably could have done without armor, as maybe two gems reached the end. Max focus, towerbuilder, dual gem mastery, armor, readiness, resonance, recharge, turbulence, radiance, forge, replenish. Or, at least, I can.Īn ending similar to Diablo's (the original Diablo). With those three, you can survive on just two towers through normal and really everything other than endurance. Row 1 skills 1 and 2 will probably be maxed next, though more for amusement (hey, a grade-5 gem first thing in endurance!) than bareknuckle utility.Ħ) In that level with the three consecutive traps, go slow, poison, splash. Speaking of which, I have bottom-row skills 1, 2, 5 and 6 third-level skills 2, 5 and 6 and second-level skill 7 maxed.

The arcane battles are incredibly easy if you've built at all well. It's not the most points you can get out of that level, but it is far better than what you can get at level 15 or so.ĥ. Past about level 30, if you've built wisely, you can send every wave instantly for the first battle, then get a level 3 gem built, and then get level 3 gems in the second and third slot in time to survive the onslaught. Replay the 3X levels to maximize your xp gains.Ĥ. Extra mana and xp, and if you summon 50, 100 or 200 monsters, you get even more xp.ģ. Once you can beat a level comfortably, toss some gem bombs at the first few waves.

I've hit them up for 300, 400 points to nudge me to the next level.Ģ. Once you've beaten a level, get a few points out of the endurance mode. (Also working on the novel, so no worries there.)ġ. Because of their low HP, I'm gaining 4-6 points per beastie (and there's thousands in the swarm rounds) and the early waves die before getting to the first tower.

Level 50, but I'm taking my time, going back and trying stuff out, like building traps with 元 orange, orange/green then green along a path during swarm rounds.
